Cancellation date is effective upon receipt of this message sent to the ATC office.
All cancellations will be charged $35 plus any incurred cost/deposits made for registrant.
Members failing to attend an event (no shows) without prior notification will forfeit 100% of the total fees.
Normal processing time for refunds is six (6) to eight (8) weeks following the event.
