Help Information For Filling Out The ATC Forms
Following is information regarding filling out the event fields on the forms.
2 Persons In A Rig: Check this box if there are two people attending the event in this rig.
1 Person In A Rig: Check this box if there is one person attending the event in this rig.
Additional Persons In A Rig or Walk-In Members: Enter the number of additional persons
attending the event in this rig OR eachc person attending without a rig.
Optional Tours or Activities: Enter the number of people participating in the optional event.
Late Fee: This fee will be added to the event cost if the registration
is not submitted by the event cutoff date.
If you joined ATC after the event cutoff date, this fee does not apply to you.
Reduce the total amount on the printed registration form that you sign and send to the ATC office
and make your check out for the reduced amount.
Make a note in the Event Special Needs box that you are a new member.
Deduct Deposit: Enter the amount of the deposit that you have submitted for the event on a Pre-Registration form.
Deposit Date: Enter the date that you sent the Pre-Resistration form in the fomat of mm/dd/yyyy.

Check this box if an e-mail message can replace a mailed confirmation for this event.
Yes, we have ATC name tags: If you already have ATC name tage, check this box.
No, we do not have ATC name tags: If you do not have ATC name tags, check this box.
A name tag for this event will be made for you.
Please order an ATC name tag using the form in the Current Members Section.
First ATC Event: Check this box if this is your first ATC event,
excluding Chapter or regional events.
Pets traveling with you: Enter what and how many pets are traveling with you and their size.
Special Needs: Enter any special needs including medical, handicap and diet requirements
that you feel we should be aware of.
If this RV is a Motor Coach: If you are towing an auto, please check this box.
