All reservations and deposits for upcoming events made after July 1, 2004 will be governed by the following new cancellation / refund policy.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation must be made to the ATC office.
Cancellation date is effective upon receipt of your written notice.
All cancellations will be charged $35 plus any incurred cost/deposits made for registrant.
Members failing to attend an event (no shows) without prior notification will forfeit 100% of the total fees.
Refund requests must be made in writing.
The uniqueness of some rallys and caravans may require a deposit and cancellation schedule different from the one listed.
If so, those requirements will be noted.
Normal processing time for refunds is six (6) to eight (8) weeks following the event.
